Q.  Why would a Real Estate Agent offer an agent finder service?

 

     For Sellers:  If you live in Central Florida, I can help you directly.  If you currently live outside of Central Florida and need to sell your home, I can find and prescreen agents from your local area to save you time and worry.

 

     For Buyers:  If you want to purchase a residence in Central Florida, I can help you directly.  However, if you are purchasing a home outside the area I cover,  I can find and prescreen agents from your local area to save you time and worry.

 

                          

 

Q.  How does the service work?

 

     It's simple.  I do the upfront, time-consuming work for you - the area search, credential search and interviews. As an experienced Real Estate professional, I know the right questions to ask and how to filter through the answers. After I find the agent I think will "fit" best with your needs and wants, I make the recommendation.  You contact the agent (or they will contact you).  After you talk to them, if you are comfortable using that agent - Great! You're on your way to realizing your dream.  If you are not totally comfortable, just let me know and I'll keep searching.  There is absolutely NO Obligation and NO Pressure to use the agent I  recommend.

 

Q.  What is the benefit of using you to find an agent?

 

     Besides the time and aggrevation it saves you?  I'm not biased toward any specific Real Estate company or agent. That allows me to ask the tough questions and walk away if I don't like the answers.  If you call a specific company of course they are going to recommend an agent from within their own firm.  Instead, I search by geography and talk to many agents from many different companies to find the best match.

 

Q.  What do you look for in an agent?

 

    When interviewing an agent there are two general areas I preview:  What you are looking for as a customer and what I'm looking for from a professional perspective.

 

     What you are looking for will be clear after we talk

 

      As a professional I am especially interested in how familiar an agent is with the specific area where you are moving to or from and what their customer satisfaction rate is.  My focus is on  customer satisfaction, rather than just customer service.  All agents perform services - that's the business of real estate.  There are some agents, though, like myself, who want to  provide outstanding customer service and be so darn good at what we do that our customers will WANT to recommend us to their family, friends, neighbors, collegues and others they care about.

 

Q.   Why would you do this for FREE?

 

     The referral service is free to you , the customer.  When an agent that I recommend succeeds in either selling your home, or helping you find the perfect new one, I receive a referral fee which they pay to me from their commission.  If I referred agents that didn't succeed in satisfying their customers, I wouldn't get paid.   If the people who come to me don't get a good match with the agent I refer,  they will stop using me. Worse yet, they won't refer their family, friends, neighbors and others they care about to me.  My reputation and part of my livelihood are on the line.  So I work very hard to get it right the first time.

 

Q.  Do  you share my information?

 

     Your privacy is protected.  I do not sell or distribute your information.  The only person I share your name and phone number and/or email with is the referral agent. They agree, in writing, to keep that information confidential.

 

Q.  How do I use your service?

 

     First, you provide me with some basic information using a simple questionnaire.

 

     Once I look it over, I'll give you a call to get a thorough understanding of exactly what you're needs are and what you are looking for and expect from a Real Estate agent.  Not sure?  No problem. That's what I'm here for.

 

     When I find an agent that I believe is the best match, you will be given the information I collected with their contact information.  The agent is expected to contact you within 72 hours.  You should NOT have to chase the agent down. If they don't contact you within 72 hours after I give you the information, call me on my 1-800 line and I'll find another agent.  It really is that simple.  I do not refer agents that do not work to satisfy their customer.
